- While Ngong Ping 360 strives to operate its open-top double-decker buses, it reserves the right to operate other types of buses occasionally, especially in hot or inclement weather.
- Ngong Ping 360 Limited will not be held liable for any loss, inconvenience, or refund resulting from bus breakdowns, traffic congestion, adverse weather conditions, or other events beyond the control of the company.
- Ngong Ping 360 may, at its discretion, require any person to disembark from the service if their conduct is deemed offensive or disruptive to other passengers, or if their behaviour poses a risk to their own safety or the safety of other passengers. Ngong Ping 360 will not have any further liability in such cases. With the exception of guide dogs, no animals or pets are allowed on board the bus.
- Eating, drinking, smoking, and consuming alcohol are strictly prohibited on the bus.
- Bus tickets are non-transferable, non-resalable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Sold tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, or refunded.
