  • Guests who have booked the Crystal+ departing from Ngong Ping are advised to allow sufficient time to arrive at Ngong Ping Cable Car Terminal for boarding the Crystal+
  • One way “Crystal+” private cabin ride is available for up to 10 passengers (same price for adult, child and senior). To book via official website, guests must call 3666 0606 or e-mail to info@np360.com.hk at least 3 days in advance. Guests may purchase return tickets at the time of booking based on the actual number of guests.
  • Infants aged 0 to 2 are free of charge.
  • *Child fare is applicable to 3 -11 years of age. According to “Tung Chung Cable Car Bylaw”, children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a person aged 15 or above to board. Proof of age may be requested by Ngong Ping 360 staff.
  • ^Senior fare is only applicable to Hong Kong residents holding valid Hong Kong JoyYou Card or Hong Kong Senior Citizen Card as proof of age.

  2. All bookings made through official website are non-refundable once confirmed.
  3. If you have booked Ngong Ping 360 Private Cabin Service, the 360 Holidays Guided Tour, the 360 Sky-Land-Sea Day Pass or 360 Sky-Land-Sea Overnight Package online, please redeem a physical ticket at the special counter of ticketing office. If the ticket booked online is for the cable car only, please present the official electronic ticket directly to staff at the Cable Car Terminal for verification and scan the QR code on the official electronic ticket at turnstiles at cable car boarding area to valid the ticket and board on cable car.

  • If the cable car service is suspended due to weather or other reasons, guests may visit the ticketing office at Ngong Ping 360 Tung Chung Terminal or e-mail to info@np360.com.hk for change of visit date or refund procedure.
  • Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of Ngong Ping 360 Limited shall be final.
Ngong Ping Cable Car tickets
  1. If you have booked Ngong Ping 360 Private Cabin Service, the 360 Holidays Guided Tour, the 360 Sky-Land-Sea Day Pass or 360 Sky-Land-Sea Overnight Package online, please redeem a physical ticket at the special counter of ticketing office.   2. Each ticket can only be used once. All tickets will be void if altered or damaged. No replacement will be issued in the event of loss.
  3. All tickets cannot be resold or exchanged for cash and purchased tickets are not transferable, exchangeable or refundable. They are valid only on the day of the visit.
  4. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or privileges.
  5. Guests are responsible for making their own travel arrangements in accordance with the operating hours of each service. Any unavailability due to overtime will be treated as an automatic forfeit and no refund will be made.
  6. Ngong Ping 360 shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, theft, delay due to accident or other factors beyond the control of Ngong Ping 360.
  7. Ngong Ping 360 Limited reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
  8. In case of any dispute, the decision of Ngong Ping 360 Limited shall be final.
