Duties:
- Assist in the running of the Cable Car System to ensure safety, professional and reliable operations
- Carry out all operational activities associated with the Cable Car System, in accordance with the Government legislations and the “Tung Chung Cable Car Bylaw”
- Control the cable car system in a safe and responsible manner as advised by the Duty Controller
- Assist the Operations Control Supervisor with the day-to-day running of the Cable Car System and other tasks as required such as Duty Officer to assist Duty Manager & Duty Competent Person on daily operations
- Progress to the position of Duty Controller under the “Aerial Ropeways (Safety) Ordinance” for operating the Cable Car System
Requirements:
- Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism or Business Management
- 3 years’ relevant working /guest service experience
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
- Roster shift duty on Sunday and Public holidays is required
Duties:
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities of the cable car system to ensure highest level of safe and reliable cable car operations
- Assist and report to superiors for daily operations or any abnormalities during the cable car operations or maintenance
- Perform routine corrective and preventive maintenance work, especially system overhaul and improvement work
- Is required to work at height, outdoor environment and on rostered-shift duties
- Is required to take qualification examination (e.g. Operator) under the aerial ropeways regulations (Training to be provided)
Requirements:
- Certificate/Diploma Holder in electrical, electronic or mechanical engineering with 5 years’ related experience
- Possess a Certificate of Registration of Electrical work at grade A, B, C or H is an advantage
- Possess a Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate is essential
- Be responsible and possess high industrial safety sense
- Good communication in both English and Chinese
Duties:
- Handle the daily sales operations of retail shops at Tung Chung or Ngong Ping Passenger Terminals and Ngong Ping themed village, including the duties of cashier, stock control, products display and shop presentation, etc
- Help achieve retail sales targets by selling Ngong Ping 360’s merchandise and souvenirs
Requirements:
- At least at F.5/HKDSE standard with 1 to 2 years' relevant working experience. Prior retail sales experience in theme park or hospitality management is an advantage.

- Provide administrative support on day-to-day retail operations to maximize the operation efficiency for all Retail Souvenir Shops

Duties:
As a Services Operations Host, you are required to assist in all kinds of guest services duties for NP360. You will be assigned duties in sections to perform operational duties including managing guest flow, sales of tickets, coordinating entertainment and events, arranging guests to aboard cable car, answering guest enquiries and complaints, etc. You may be arranged to attain qualification examination to qualify as a Cable Car Guest Services Operator governed by the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department.
Requirements:
- At least at F.5/HKDSE standard. Diploma or above in tourism and hospitality related disciplines is preferred.
- 1-2 years' guest services experience. Prior experience in theme park management or property management is an added advantage.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is preferred
- Shift and roster duties on Sunday and Public Holidays are required
