Located on Tat Tung Road, the terminal is where your 25-minute cable car journey begins. Purchase your tickets from the ticketing office before you board.
Ngong Ping Village
Situated steps away from the Ngong Ping Cable Car Terminal, the landscaped village with Chinese architecture is home to a colourful selection of entertainment attractions, a wide array of shopping outlets and Chinese and Western food establishments.
The Big Buddha
Walk pass Ngong Ping Village and Ngong Ping Piazza, you will be minutes away from the world-renowned Big Buddha. Climb the 268 steps to reach the base of this grand statue, and to enjoy the boundless views of Lantau and South China Sea.
Wisdom Path
Arranged on a slope, this large-scale outdoor installation features 38 wooden steles inscribed with the calligraphy of the Heart Sutra written by master Sinologist Professor Jao Tsung-I.
