Chinese Pizza, or “Heung Fei Guen” in Cantonese, is a street snack that resembles a rolled up pizza. Uncle Cheng, the owner of Tai O Snack, used to have a pork stall in Tai O. When business went down, he turned to snacks and invented the famous Chinese Pizza. The wrap is made to order and sprinkled with spring onion, pickled radish, roasted sesame, egg crisps and home-made sauce. The aroma of this roll fills the streets of Tai O.
