Egg Waffle is an iconic Hong Kong snack. Made of eggs, flour, sugar and evaporated milk, the crispy egg waffle is aromatic and fluffy in the centre. Unlike the downtown variety made with electric waffle irons, Tai O’s signature chargrilled delicacy is made to order. The rustic charm is the result of the mastery of handling the red-hot waffle iron over a charcoal grill. The meticulously crafted snack infused with human touch is well worth the wait.
