Tofu Pudding
Tofu pudding is a traditional dessert made from filtered soy milk and coagulated with calcium sulphate. The texture is more velvety than ordinary tofu. At Station Tofu Pudding located in Tai O, you can enjoy the sweet and silky tofu pudding and other hot picks such as black sesame paste and walnut paste. Serve the pudding with brown sugar or syrup – the former adds a crunch while the latter accentuates the aroma of soy bean.
Another treat worth trying is “Yin Yang” - a mix of tofu pudding and black sesame paste ensures you can taste two different flavours in the same bowl.
